Why a section for policies and legislation?
To promote the entry of new technologies into the market, legislators can play a key role by putting in place the appropriate regulatory framework. This can create the necessary pull for more efficient, environmentally friendly technologies to succeed. Policies can be very powerful tools to overcome initial economic barriers to the adoption of alternative technologies.
Given that CO2 technology has the potential to be a global solution, it is not enough to be aware of the legislative framework in your own region.
