Following this year’s exhibition theme “Suggestions for an Efficient and Environment-friendly Commercial Kitchen”, itomic displayed different water heaters, including an instantaneous type, an under-the-sink model, an on-the-table water heater for baby milk, and a complete kitchen unit with a hot water heater installed. The highest attention, however, attracted their Eco-cute heat pump, as visitors were mostly interested in the fast and cost-efficient production of hot water – two key benefits of itomic’s CO2-based system. Receiving more than 400 visitors from the kitchen and food industry at their booth, itomic staff were confronted with a deep concern of industry specialists about the recent boost in energy prices and a continued use of oil and gas as a source of making hot water. The company was thus busy in explaining the mechanism of its Eco-cute model, stressing its high overall efficiency and environmental benefits. (see photo gallery).

Following the high interest in its energy-saving products, itomic will also have a booth at the “Energy Solution & Thermal Storage Fair” in July, which is the biggest exhibition of its kind in Japan to introduce new products and services concerning heat pumps.
