Wieland's tubes for commercial and mobile applications distinguish themselves through enhanced surfaces and special materials. Their variable dimensions customized to the application make them the preferred choice for the car and refrigeration industry.
For the commercial sector, Wieland will display tubes made of a special high tensile copper alloy for coils in high-pressure applications, such as R744 gas coolers. Due to the high material strength of this copper alloy and the resulting reduced wall thickness, Wieland's tubes allow for a significant reduction of material costs. In addition, the components feature high heat conductivity, good processibility and corrosion resistance.

For mobile applications, Wieland offers aluminium fin tubes with an enhanced heat transfer surface suitable for various applications within the R744 cycle. In addition, the tubes are pressure-resistant, bendable, and feature smaller dimensions, thereby allowing for more compact systems and increased performance.
