Witzenmann's corrugated, stainless steel hoses are suitable for high and low pressure applications in CO2 (R744) Mobile Air Conditioning systems. They are absolutely permeation tight due to the welded design. The CO2-proof components will resist high temperature variations, operating pressure and pressure pulsations. They allow for the decoupling of vibration and engine rock movement between engine fixed and chassis fixed components and for compensation of mounting tolerances in R744 air conditioning systems.

Being available at variable lengths, they distinguish themselves through small dimensions which will reduce the contact risk with surrounding components. In addition, Witzenmann’s components feature a modular design that is more compact than comparable hoses for the current refrigerant R134a, making them the preferred option for narrow packaged space and a cost-saving operation.

- Flexible length: 50 – 500 mm variable length for low and high pressure
- High temperature resistance: from -40°C up to 180°C
- High burst pressure resistance: >45 MPa for low pressure hose; >50 MPa for high pressure hose
- Material: Stainless steel and silicon rubber
- Stainless steel braiding: reinforcement against high inner pressure and pressure pulsations and protection against environmental influences
