Share your news on R744.com!

R744.com has opened its news section to the CO₂ community worldwide to allow any website member to publish own articles or share news from other sources. The Share News function is thus the next interactive feature added to My R744.com.

From today, all registered members can publish news stories written by themselves or taken from any other print or online news source. This way, R744.com allows its readers to add news they think will be of interest to other users worldwide, including local industry news and policy trends from different world regions, press releases, or stories about green technologies.

“News is one of the main reasons why people keep coming back to R744.com. From today, we make this even better. Registered members can now share any article they, too, think is important for the CO₂ community worldwide. This is another step in making R744.com THE interactive platform,” says Álvaro de Oña, Marketing Manager of Shecco.

News added by members will be instantly visible on the “shared” tab on the public News section where they can be rated, shared, and commented on, like all other news published by the R744.com team.

How to share your news

There are three ways to publish articles on R744.com:

My R744.com: Log in to the website, go to My R744.com and select from the Quick Link box on top the “Share News” link. This will take you to an easy-to-use form. Fill in all required fields, upload an image and attach relevant links or pdf documents. Your news will instantly appear on the “shared” tab in the public News browser.

News section: Click on the “shared” tab in the News Browser and select “Share news” from its bottom menu. You will be redirected to the news upload form on My R744.com.

Bottom links: Select “Share News” from the main bottom links accessible from every page on R744.com. This will take you directly to the upload form on My R744.com.

What next?

The “Share News” function is the second new feature added to members’ private profile “My R744.com”. Over the coming weeks, we will gradually add more interactive features, including a members search, an internal messaging system and a Public Profile option, among others.
